And we're done! Back in December I started posting my favorite shots of the decade, but I had to wait for all the 2019 releases to start hitting DVD before completing my list.     The clips for Us, Endgame, Jojo Rabbit, and Knives Out are great yet it's the one from Parasite that is the real winner. My mom really liked that film.

    Some REALLY good picks. For me I could pick ten from "A Hidden Life" alone. I love that movie so much. And I know you aren't a fan, but there is a couple of shots just in Joker's subway scene that has really stuck with me. And Us, my gosh I love that movie.

      I haven't seen it yet! I'm just not a fan of Malick, but I probably would watch it on DVD. It might just take me a while lol.

    Awesome picks! That scene from Portrait of a Lady on Fire is such a mood. lol Love that you chose Black Widow for Avengers: Endgame 'cause the two most popular shots that come to mind is Cap during the fight scenes or I Am Iron Man.

      I love blue and fuchsia as a color combination so the scenes on Vormir really stuck out to me, especially with Natasha and her hair (which I loved) I wish Hawkeye had went instead of her.

      I loved Portrait of a Lady on Fire. So many pretty things to choose from.

    JoJob Rabbit's scene doesn't feel like JoJo Rabbit.. it fits into something else in my eyes and I can't really put my finger on it. It's a gorgeous shot though!

      I can see that, there really isn't another shot like it in the film but that's why it stood out so much to me.

Recently, I was talking to someone about who I thought were the best child actors when I was also a child.  Two that really stood out to me were Elijah Wood and Joseph Mazello, and one film those two were in together was called Radio Flyer.  Then I was reminded about the uniqueness of this film. Indie Gems: Behind The Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon

Passionate about your profession? I had never heard of this film until it ended up on one of Jason's favorite horror movie lists around Halloween. It immediately sounded interesting to me, so of course I threw it in my Netflix queue. (and if I'm just now watching it after adding it around Halloween, you know how ridiculous my queue is) Taylor (Angela Goethals) is a journalist who, along with a film crew decides to follow around a serial killer named Leslie Vernon. (Nathan Baesel) He plans on doing the typical slasher thing - getting a bunch of drunk teens in an abandoned house and knocking them off one by one. He gets advice from a retired serial killer, Eugene (Scott Wilson) and is threatened by a man who's on to him, Doc Holloran (Robert Englund) Taylor and crew are there capturing it all. Earlier this week I made a post where I ran through the letters of the alphabet with my favorite movie titles. There were a few people that suggested I turn it into a blogathon, and I've never done that before. So here goes nothing! Since this is my first attempt at a blogathon, it's all pretty simple, and it's hopefully a quick post that everyone can join in.
