2022 Emmy Winners

I went 14/21 with my picks...just like last year. Don't let anyone ever tell you I'm not consistent. Overall, the show itself was kind of boring. There were a lot of comedy bits that just didn't land for me, but thankfully the speeches and some of the presenters made up for it. A lot of my favorite shows won, and a few others that I need to watch did too! Here is a list of winners + my quick thoughts.

Lee becomes the first Asian man to win this award. I really thought Strong was going to win, but I suppose he split votes with Cox. I'm happy for Squid Game either way. It was a great show, and he was great in it.

I think a lot of people were hoping Abbott Elementary would win, especially since they won so many other awards, but Ted Lasso prevailed. It's my favorite show on TV right now so obviously I'm fine with that.
