Best Shots of the Decade: 2018
This month, I wanted to start sharing "Decade" posts celebrating the 2010's. It's extra fitting that this year is the 10 anniversary of Rambling Film. I decided to split up each year, with 10 gifs from 10 different films. Here are some shots that stood out to me. Onward to 2018!
Spider-man: Into The Spiderverse (2018)
Avengers: Infinity War
Black Panther
Annhilation
BlackKklansman
Crazy Rich Asians
Blindspotting
Wildlife
The Favourite
Leave No Trace
And we're done for now! Best shots of 2019 will have to wait until all the films I love come out on DVD so I can find the most beautiful scenes easier.
Blindpotting and Wildlife are in my DVR watchlist while I've seen bits of Crazy Rich Asian (it's alright) and the only other film on that list I haven't seen is Leave No Trace. Everything else is awesome.
ReplyDeleteBlindspotting and Wildlife are AMAZING and neither got the love they deserved last year. Tragic.
DeleteI just watched Black Panther this month and don't even remember that shot lol. It is a beautiful image though.
ReplyDeleteIt's when his on the plane and sees his father! There were a lot of lovely shots to choose form there.

ReplyDeleteInto the Spider Verse is the most gorgeous animated film I've ever seen.

ReplyDeleteI did too and I screamed when she won her Oscar.
DeleteNot seen TWO OF THESE. I feel like.. that's an achievement all on its own. I want to see Blindspotting and Wildlife though. And I will at some point!
